If, for any reason, any item purchased from Store-One is damaged, defective, or inoperable when received, you may return it to Store-One within 15 days of the purchase date for a replacement. If a product is defective or damaged, you must obtain a return authorization number within 15 days of receipt of the item. Returns will NOT be accepted without a return authorization. The item must be returned in "as-shipped" condition with all equipment, packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Store-One. A restocking fee may be charged if any part of the equipment or packaging is missing or damaged. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item to the merchandise return location designated by Store-One. No refunds unless specifically stated in the item's description. Any refunds provided will be for the amount of the original purchase minus shipping and restocking costs and transaction fees. Note that 'shipping and handling' costs are not refundable. Software, e-Books, White Papers, and other digital media products purchased from STORE-ONE are considered electronic media (such as Compact Disks) and once you have received the product and/or unlock code, there is no way to prevent further use. Therefore, because of their susceptablility to theft and copying, no returns are permitted on e-Books, White Papers, and other digital media products purchased from STORE-ONE. STORE-ONE will replace any e-Book, White Paper or other digital media files determined to be defective or corrupted during the delivery process. The delivery process includes, but is not limited to, the customer downloading a file or set of files, or receiving such files via an e-mail attachment.
